Asian Film Festival Schedule in Manila!

It's almost film festival time in Manila. The Asia Society Philippine Foundation Inc., the Film Development Council of the Philippines and Shangri-La Mall must have noticed how much we love watching movies from all over the world =) Presenting the first ever Asian Film Festival in Manila happening next week! Now we have something to look forward to every May =)


Tickets are free and are available at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall Cinema. This First Asian Film Festival will be open to the public from May 17, 2012 to May 21, 2012. The schedules are as follows:

May 17, 2012 (Thursday)
8 p.m. Dinig Sana Kita (Philippines)

May 18, 2012 (Friday)
12:30 p.m. 3 DOA 3 CINTA (3 Wishes, 3 Loves, Indonesia)
3 p.m. Mua Oi La Saison des Goyaves (The Guava House, Indonesia)
5:30 p.m. Only Love (Laos)
8 p.m. Forever Enthralled (China)

May 19, 2012 (Saturday)
12:30 p.m. Deewari (Sri Lanka)
3 p.m. Laskar Pelangi (The Rainbow Troops, Indonesia)
5:30 p.m. Wanko - The Story of Me, My Family, and My Dog (Japan)
8 p.m. Hwang Yin Yi (Korea)

May 20, 2012 (Sunday)
12:30 p.m. Thoung Nho Dong Que (Nostalgia for Countryland, Vietnam)
