If you've been following me on Facebook and Twitter, you would notice my yoga posts hahaha. Well, I made an agreement (with myself) that I would at least try to take on a healthier and more active lifestyle through my trips (and experiences) this year. This is the latest awesome thing I found online. I've been doing this for 11 days now (11 out of 30 yey!) and I've been super loving the experience. Every video is around 15 minutes only so it won't take much of your time either. I do it in the mornings hehe. As a result, I've been feeling good, up to my toes and more relaxed throughout the day.
