- Click the online survey page and answer all questions on Korea Tourism for eligibility

- Each participant can only participate in the survey once

- Winners will be chosen by KTO based on your answers on the "Opinion and Suggestion" part of the survey (last part)

- Only Filipino citizens currently residing in the Philippines are qualified to join

- Event period is from November 21 ~ December 20, 2015

- Announcement of winners is on December 23, 2015 (Wednesday)
